In daylight, it appears almost weightless, with the form defined only by reflections, refraction, and the depth of the cast. Once lit, warm golden light moves through the skull and projects its shape outward, turning the piece into both sculpture and source.

Golden Apparition explores the idea of presence emerging from transparency. The skull seems to appear only when light gives it form, casting distorted echoes of itself across the surrounding surface like a memory, spirit, or signal made briefly visible.
